  Configuration Instructions:
  
  When a metadata connection pool is exhausted between the
  dispatcher and the queryService,  DPR-ERR-2002 happens.
  The fix is to make the metadata connection pool size adjustable,
  The setting should be added into
  cognos/bin64/bootstrap_wlp_xxx.xml as the following
  
  <param>-DQS_MAX_NON_AFFINE_CONNECTION_COUNT=200</param>
