  Running a sysin similar to the following:
  LIST CPOC ADID(APPLEV*) STATUS-NE(C)
  when in the plan there are application dependencies defined
  the WAPL job can ends with RC=12 (or Abend SA03 if TCP/IP
  server is defined) and following messages are issued in the
  job output:
  IRX0240I Invalid parameters to STORAGE function
  EAGREX4000E Error 40 running compiled EQQYXTOP, line 12898:
  Incorrect call to routine
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was due to an incorrect handling for appl dep
  structure
