  He receives the following ABEND U4038:
  
  CEE0802C Heap storage control information was damaged.
  From entry point ProcessPlanTable at statement 2706 at
  compile unit of offset +00007CA0 at entry offset
  +00007CA0 at address 2B941220.
  
  This is a SYSROUTE of APAR PH04877 from release B30.
