Error description
When Java DFS reader/writer processes encounter a non-recoverable error, they are not being cleaned up as expected, leading to eventual memory exhaustion and various errors and/or performance-related symptoms. . Customer may encounter hang issues when running queries with memory related messages being displayed as below: . Error querying database. Cause: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: Not enough storage is available in the "application shared" heap or stack to process the statement.. SQLCODE=-973, SQLSTATE=57011, DRIVER=3.69.49 . Messages like the following will be seen in bigsql.log around the time of the issue: . 2018-10-03 09:03:26,963 ERROR com.ibm.biginsights.biga.udf.stats.AnalyzeTool [Thread-25199] : Failed to create temporary catalog table : There are not enough system resources to process the request. The request cannot be processed.. SQLCODE=-10003, SQLSTATE=57011, DRIVER=4.22.29
