PH04816: ACTIVE REPORT REPORT VIEW ATTACHED TO EMAIL TASK IN AN EVENT FAILS WITH RSV-DST-0021

Error description

• When an Active Report report view is run as a report task in an
  event, and emailed via an email task in the event, the Active
  Report report view task will fail with the following error:
  
  RSV-DST-0021 Multiple formats are not supported for an IBM
  Cognos Active Report.
  
  This issue does not occur if a regular Active Report is used.
  Only Active Report report views are affected.
  
  The issue does not occur if the report is not attached in an
  email task. If the event just runs the Active Report report
  view, it works fine.
