  Caching Proxy has a hardcoded 10 MB limit for chunked request
  data. Chunked requests with data greater than 10 MB will be
  rejected by Caching Proxy.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM Caching Proxy was updated to make the request body limit
  tunable using the directive:
  MaxRequestContentLengthBuffer <size> <K|M>
  
  The default value for MaxRequestContentLengthBuffer is 10 MB
  and can be increased up to 100 MB.
  
  To increase the limit to 20 MB, for example, use:
  MaxRequestContentLengthBuffer 20 M
  
  The fix for this is targeted for the following IBM Caching
  Proxy fixpacks:
  - 9.0.0.10
  - 8.5.5.15
