Error description

• When configuring WebSphere Application Server Liberty for
  z/OS for usage metering (usageMetering-1.0)
  the server will register with the metering service but does
  not provide usage metrics.

  When configuring WebSphere Application Server Liberty for z/OS
  for usage metering (usageMetering-1.0), the server will register
  with the metering service but does not provide usage metrics.
  

Problem conclusion

• The usageMetering-1.0 feature does not properly recognize the
  .swidtag file for WebSphere Application Server Liberty for z/OS
  and therefore does not submit the standard WebSphere usage
  metrics to the metering service.
  
  The usageMetering-1.0 feature has been updated to properly
  recognize the tag file for z/OS and metrics will be submitted.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 18.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
