Error description

• When UseOldCustomFilterDialog is enabled and when the content
  and the product language is German then in the filter dialog the
  first check box is overlapping from the link above.
  
  This appears only with content and the product language German.
  
  Steps to enable the legacy filter dialog
  01.  Locate DefaultSettings.xml under webcontent/bi/pat (note,
  this is not in the webcontent/pat)
  02.  Change
  
  <setting name="UseOldCustomFilterDialog" defaultValue="false"
  dataType="boolean" propType="debug" label="Use Old Filter
  Dialog"/>
  to
  <setting name="UseOldCustomFilterDialog" defaultValue="true"
  dataType="boolean" propType="debug" label="Use Old Filter
  Dialog"/>
  
  03. Re-Start the server
