  If a WebSphere Liberty for z/OS server encounters an ABEND of
  any kind, a secondary ABENDEC3 with reason code 20F00600 can
  occur after the original ABEND.  This secondary ABEND does not
  cause any additional functional problems beyond the original
  ABEND but can lead to some confusion while trying to diagnose
  the original ABEND.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the cleanupNameToken atexit routine so the EC3 abend
  reason code 20F00600 will not happen.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 18.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
