Error description
In Cognos Workspace, we expect that users with The Use Interactive Dashboard Features Capability (i.e. Interact Capability) have the ability to save a workspace after changes have been made. At least as far back as Cognos 11.0.10, Users with Interact capability are unable to save Workspace - they receive 'Save Error': Unable to save the workspace. Details Unable to get property '_showing' of undefined or null reference Steps to Reproduce: Log in to http://9.21.107.60:9310/bi/?perspective=home Select the CJAP Namespace and login with userb as both the user name and password Under Team Content - > Testcases - Denny open "New Workspace" Make a change to the Text Widget and try to save it, you will get an error.
