Error description

• cast_decimal(null) fails in Dynamic Query Mode against DB2 with
  XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error:
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlSyntaxErrorException: The length,
  precision, or scale attribute for column, distinct type,
  structured type, array type, attribute of structured type,
  routine, cast target type, type mapping, or global variable
  "DECIMAL(0,0)" is not valid.. SQLCODE=-604, SQLSTATE=42611,
  DRIVER=4.21.29
  

Local fix

• Use cast(null, decimal) instead.
