Error description

• A DQM package with function set limited to DB2, is not allowing
  replace functions with 2 arguments. It requires 3 arguments.
  The error displayed: XQE-PLN-0265 The function 'replace'
  requires 3 argument(s) in data item 'replace' of query 'Query1'.
  If function sets from all vendors are included, the replace
  function is successful.
  A CQM package with the same setup is not returning an error.
  

Local fix

• Re-create package to include all functions.
