  LOAD MODULE DYXXAAPP IN SYSLIB SDYXLOAD DOES NOT INCLUDE MODULE
               DYXXAPMP BECAUSE DYXXAPMP HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED.

  The JCLIN needs to be modified to remove CSECT DYXXAPMP - since
  the CSECT is no longer used.
