APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• EAR file ownership getting reset to wsadmin when using
  autodeploy feature, we have been told the permanent fix would
  be included in FP 13, but even after applying FP 13 we are
  still facing the same issue and we can't apply IFPI88658 which
  is valid only for FP 8 and FP12.

Problem conclusion

• The APAR added additional checking on the ear file to avoid
  ear file ownership getting reset after deploying.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.15/9.0.0.11.  Please refer to the Recommended
