Error description

• In Cognos 10.2.1 reports, a repeater will dynamically create
  columns based on the max number of items returned by the
  repeater for any row on the report. In Cognos 11, the repeater
  is merging all values returned into a single column. There is no
  way to revert back to the behavior available in Cognos 10.2.1

  When set to true, merge repeater cells in excel 2007 into a
  single column since this is the behavior of all other formats.
  When set to false, repeater cells are divided into multiple
  columns. The Excel 2007 output is different than all other
  formats.
