Error description
In Cognos 10.2.1 reports, a repeater will dynamically create columns based on the max number of items returned by the repeater for any row on the report. In Cognos 11, the repeater is merging all values returned into a single column. There is no way to revert back to the behavior available in Cognos 10.2.1
