PH03931: UPLOADED FILES HANGS WITH ROUTING RULES

Error description

• When creating a data modules and selecting an uploaded files.
  The files only appears initially when it uploaded for the first
  attempt, however when the user try to upload another file on the
  same datamodule,  the updated files sections is stuck in
  hung/loading state forever due to which the user is unable to
  upload addition file to the data module.
  

Local fix

• Remove routing rules
