Error description
Description: In Cognos 10.2.2 if you created a new calculated query off an existing fact it would follow the same formatting (in this case it would only have .2 decimal spaces) however in Cognos 11.0.12 it picks up all the decimal spaces regardless of what's been set on the existing fact.
