Error description

• A saved HTML report version is called by a URL to which the
  following is added:
  &ui_appbar=hide&ui_navbar=hide
  The report version is displayed correctly when using this URL.
  When the console of the browser is
  activated (F12) and keys like 'Shift' or 'cursor down' are
  pressed the console shows errors of the kind:
  'TypeError: cognosViewer.onKeyDown is not a function' in browser
  console when clicking key like 'cursor down'
