APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a change includes an ALTER TABLE DROP CONSTRAINT statement,
  the ANALYZE job may ignore the statement and generate a blank
  WSL.
  

Local fix

• User 'DROP FOREIGN KEY' instead of 'DROP CONSTRAINT' in ALTER
  statement
