CM BATCH function introduces a new parameter
UTIL_LISTDEF_PARTLEVEL to allow the user to
take an image copy at the partition level.

UTIL_LISTDEF_PARTLEVEL Values:

YES: Generate LISTDEF >listdef-name<... PARTLEVEL
utility statement for the object.

NO : The LISTDEF... PARTLEVEL is not generated/used.
Default: NO
