APAR status

Error description

• For non-data type exchanges, i.e. control exchanges over the
  data channel, the source cannot tolerate receiving an
  indication that the data channel's queue is full.  It doesn't
  hold the control message until the data channel's queue is
  available again, but rather issues message CHC1100E and ends
  the subscription.

Problem conclusion

• Control messages that cannot be added to the data queue will be
