PH03407: DRILL THROUGH TO SAME REPORT PASSING NO PARAMETERS DOES NOT CLEAR SELECTED PROMPTS

Error description

• Report with prompts on the report page has a Drill Through to
  itself passing no parameters so user can click and clear prompts
  and re-run report with no filters works the firs time but second
  time the prompt values are not cleared and report runs with
  previously selected filters. This occurs with a report set with
  Run with full interactivity = Yes
  

Local fix

• Avoid using a self-drill through to remove prompt parameters on
  a report and use Control Module and JavaScript clear prompts.
  Example provided with Cognos Analytics 11.
