PH03405: 'UNDO DRILL DOWN' THROWS ERROR IN COGNOS WORKSPACE

Error description

• After drilling down on a cross tab report (any data source) more
  than once in Cognos Work space, then selecting 'Undo Drill
  Down', users notice an error RSV-SRV-0005: The Report
  Specification is missing the report root element. This issue was
  reported in Cognos Work space in 11.0.11, and reproduced on
  Cognos Work space, 11.0.12. After drilling down, drilling back
  up does not produce a similar problem. This issue is specific to
  the 'undo drill down' function from the pop up context menu.
