Error description

• SPMN wrongly issues MSGFABK0013E under the following conditions:
  * 2 or more DATABASE statements are specified in the FABKCTL DD.
  * A DATABASE statement is specified for a database that has
  database data set whose name length is longer than 37
  characters.
  * A DATABASE statement is specified for a HALDB that has
  database data set whose name length is shorter than 37
  characters just after the
  above DATABASE statement.

  SPMN wrongly issues MSGFABK0013E, MSGFABK0009E, or MSGFABK3520E
  under the following conditions:
  - SPMN control statements are specified in the FABKCTL DD.
  - A DATABASE statement for a database is specified and the name
    length of the database data set is longer than 37 characters.
  - A DATABASE statement for a HALDB is specified just after the
    above DATABASE statement and the name length of the HALDB
    database data set is shorter than that of the database that
    is specified by the above DATABASE statement.
  

Problem conclusion

• SPMN has been modified to fix the errors.
