  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * This APAR adds support of new                                *
  * timestamp string formats                                     *
  * 'yyyy-mm-dd-hh:mm:ss' and                                    *
  * 'yyyy-mm-dd-hh:mm:ss+th:tm'.                                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply corrective PTF when available                          *
  ****************************************************************
  In this APAR, support of new timestamp string formats
  'yyyy-mm-dd-hh:mm:ss' and 'yyyy-mm-dd-hh:mm:ss+th:tm' are
  being added.  This will affect anywhere that needs to convert
  a string to timestamp.
  
  The support of new timestamp string formats is available
  starting in APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY level 500.
