PH03210: CONTROL SYNTAX TO NOT DELETE ON IDAA_ONLY REPLACE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Currently loader will delete rows from the DB2 table or
  partition on IDAA_ONLY REPLACE.  Add batch loader control
  card syntax for external load to ONLY load the IDAA shadow
  table and NOT delete rows from the DB2 table.
