APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For the redirected recovery, if PIT option "1-Current" is
  selected in ISPF UI, "Log Apply" is always reset to 'N'.
  In fact, this type of recovery without log apply is a
  recovery to the last IC, not to current. ISPF panel text
  corrected to decrease confusion.
