Error description

• Customer is performing an EXTRACT using an IMAGE COPY on TAPE on
  z/OS 2.3.
  He receives the following ABEND S0C4:
  
  CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System
  Completion Code=0C4).
  From entry point GetJFCBDSName at statement 6528 at compile unit
  offset +000001BC at entry offset +000001BC at address 1BC9C6FC.

  Optim is incorrectly processing certain data set information
  when executing on z/OS 2.3 and the batch job has the SWA=ABOVE
  attribute.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim processing will be corrected to use the proper z/OS
  interfaces when executing while the batch job has the SWA=ABOVE
  attribute.
