Error description

• In an Compare scenario where both source and target columns
  include a 'NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT' clause, and the source column
  changes the type  of the corresponding target column (for
  example, from CHAR(50) to CHAR(35)), Object
  Compare may produce a CHANGES file that omits the 'WITH
  DEFAULT' clause.

  When comparing tables with a 'NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT' column
  changing its column type (e.g., from CHAR(50) to CHAR(35)),
  the resulting CHG file is missing the WITH DEFAULT attribute
  as part of the column definition.  The WITH DEFAULT attribute
  was part of the column definition before the comparison
  and did not change as a result of the comparison, so the
  resulting definition should still include WITH DEFAULT.
