  Users will get errors when installing or updating the IBM

Problem conclusion

• The IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty Web Enablement for
  IBM i offering metadata will be fixed to allow users to install
  or update to newer fixpack levels.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
