Error description
If there's a drill-through from Report A to Report B it's working without the user having Read access on Report A and Report B (expected behaviour / feature of CA 11.0.12) When the Drill-through report (Report B) is Renamed and/or moved to e.g. Report C the drill-through in Report A no longer works when the user doesn't have Read Permissions on Report A. The drill-through is no longer working AND refers to the original Report and/or location (e.g. Report B) When the user is given Read access on Report A the drill-through works again and opens Report C. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Steps to reproduce: Logged in as Administrator Created Report A with Go data warehouse (query) samples data. Product, Product line, Revenue. Created Report B with Go data warehouse (query) samples data. Product line, product type, Product description. Went to source report (Report A), clicked on product line entries, properties, data, drill-through definitions, Report as: Report B. Action: Run the report. Format: HTML. Ticked open in new window. OK. Run Report A. Click on product line, drill through works. (both Admin & test user). As Administrator made sure a test user could access my report. This test user was placed in Analytics Users Role only. Permissions Analytics Users were granted on Report A are: Custom. Read: Default. Write: Default. Execute: Yes. Traverse: Yes. Set Policy: Default. As Administrator renamed Report B to Report C. Signed back in as test user, Ran Report A, clicked on drill through, get an error message: Content Manager did not return a drill target for /content/folder[@name=Samy Reports]/report[@name=Report B]
