Problem conclusion
Cognos Workspace is a legacy component that we support in Cognos 11.0.x but will not be enhanced moving forward. In this case, we believe that this condition is unfortunate as the resulting error loops and requires the user to close the browser window, but we believe that given the default timeout of 60 mins, this situation should be easy to avoid, or failing that, work around, by increasing the default timeout.
