  This APAR enables HP Load to process encrypted VSAM ESDS
  database data sets.
  If you reload encrypted VSAM ESDS database by using High
  Performance I/O Driver (HPIO), you need to apply the PTF for
  this APAR.
  This enhancement is also applicable to IPR Reload, Load API
  and Bitmap Resetter.
