Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABO currently generates a log that      *
  *                      specifies the optimization summary      *
  *                      information, such as what is optimized  *
  *                      and the location of the optimized       *
  *                      binaries, etc. This is usually written  *
  *                      to the OPTLOG DD. This APAR adds        *
  *                      support for a new option, LOG= to also  *
  *                      generate member-level OPTLOG            *
  *                      information.                            *
