Appears to effect screen KDPSUBSM in the E3270.

Threads utilization percentage was calculated incorrectly.
Active thread count was calculated incorrectly resulting
threads related exceptions and situations to trigger.

Problem conclusion

  • Changed calculation to exclude inactive CICS and IMS threads
from active thread count.
