Error description

  • If web browser is set default language to Chinese, Lifecycle
Manager does not display Chinese characters at all. All
characters are changed to gabarge.

If web browser is set default language to English, it works
fine.

Problem is recreated on web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox).
