Error description

• The server associated shared library is no longer picked up by
  WebSphere Application SErver which causes the application to
  fail.

  *                      application class-loader policy is      *

  When the application class-loader policy is set to
  "Single", a server may unexpectedly bypass user-defined
  classloader instances when plumbing the single application
  classloader. When this problem occurs shared libraries
  associated with the user-defined classloaders (i.e.
  server-wide shared libraries) will not be visible to end-user
  applications, and the applications will unexpectedly fail with
  classloading exceptions or errors.
  

Problem conclusion

• Apply APAR PH02197 to ensure the application server always
  loads server-wide shared libraries when the application
  class-loading policy is set to "Single".
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.15.  Please refer to the
