Error description
When using Cognos Event Studio in CA on IE browser, having a relatively low screen resolution prevents users from being able to see 'ok' and 'cancel' buttons from the 'Select Values' window. Without these buttons in view, users cannot successfully apply changes to the expression. If the Select Values window is resized for an affected user, the 'ok and 'cancel' buttons begin to appear at the top of the window, moving downward as the window becomes smaller. This behavior is only seen in IE, not Firefox. On machines with a recommended (default) screen resolution of 1920x1080, the issue is not reproducible. Lowering resolution still does not accurately reproduce the issue described by the customer. When the default resolution of the machine is 1366 x 768 (customer case), the issue is not avoidable.
