Error description

• May see following error:
  - ALTER INDEX will result in SQLCODE -20385 because ALTER INDEX
  isn't possible when there are waiting pending changes to the
  space.
  
  - ALTER INDEX will result in SQLCODE -270 because DSSIZE can
  only be
  specified on partitioned indexes to UTS PBR RPN tables.
  
  - DROP TABLESPACE; / CREATE TABLESPACE; can be done with
    ALTER TABLESPACE ... PAGENUM RELATIVE;
    REORG tablespace
    ALTER TABLESPACE ... ALTER PARTITION 2 DSSIZE 8G;

  Merge module wrongly applies a nonzero DSSIZE for non-
  partitioned index from the index's parent tablespace. This
  causes SQLcode -20385 and -270 in alter index due to non-
  partitioned index having a defined DSSIZE.
  

Problem conclusion

• Check that nonpartitioned indeces have a different
  logic for inheritance, compared to partitioned indeces.
  
  Only inherit specific valid values when applicable.
