APAR status

Error description

• ULB issues with Metric Server at V9.0 FP8 on Windows 2012.
  cpuload not accurate.   After apply the WAS 9.0 ULB Fix Pack 8
  fix pack on top of the Metric Server software.  Tthe Windows
  Metric Server service will not start successfully.  Issue with
  the process\code, no agent.log file is produced and Port 10004
  is not opened.

  An old copy of cpuload.exe was being distributed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the code to distribute the current copy of
  cpuload.exe. Also added cpuload.cmd and memload.cmd so that
  the scripts can be viewed and modified by the user (these are
  scripts on all other supported platforms). The windows code
  had a limitation where file extension must be provided if the
  script is not an exe file. Modified the code so that it will
  look for .bat and .cmd files when a .exe file is not found.
