Error description

• A sample job for deleting all catalog entries that are created
  by the COPY-BY-DS command is added to the SCKZJCL library.
  Users should use this job after running cloning via COPY-BY-DS
  to clean up the target subsystem, rather than using the BCSCLEAN
  command.
