APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During log apply processing when DATA-MOVER is set to
  PGM(ADRDSSU) or PGM(EMCAPI), an IEC070I 209-220 error can
  occur when extending a target data set because candidate
  volumes are absent. Symptoms of this issue include:
  * IEC070I 209-220 error in the job log
  * Message CKZ52001E Subtask 01, Extend failed, rc X'00000008,
  rsn X'00D1DC0000000000, dsn ...
  
  After applying this fix, the IEC070I 209-220 error does not
  occur.

• Manually add candidate volumes to target data sets before
  running target job
