PH01903: PERFORMANCE ISSUES WHEN REDACTING SECURE PROPERTIES

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a user has a large unsecured property that contains a secure
  substring, that large property will be considered secured and
  the value redacted. The redactor has a performance issue when
  redacting a large property that causes the server to consume
  large amounts of CPU.
  

Local fix

• Obtain a test fix, or remove the large property (porting it to a
  file or some other workaround).
