1. startManager
2. startNode
3. login to console
4. enable startup trace (com.ibm.ws.management.event.*=all) on
a cluster member
5. start the cluster member from the console
6. navigate to Monitoring and Tuning > Performance Viewer >
Current activity > cluster member > click "Start Logging"
