Error description
User is trying to install Rhapsody 8.3.1 on a Windows 10 platform and the installation procedure starts to rollback (uninstall) the software towards the end of the installation process. This occurs consistently regardless of what add-on applications where selected. Once all the installation options are chosen and the installation of Rhapsody begins you can witness the software being placed onto the system. As the install procedure appears to get close to finishing the software starts to get removed from the system (unistalled).
