* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The SQL parser does not allow the cent  *
*                      sign to be used as a not sign in CCSID  *
*                      500.                                    *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When the SQL parser as part of using the GEN, ALT, Compare, CM
Import / CM Analyze functions and where the DDL contains a cent
sign in CCSID 500 (x'B0'), the parser (module ADB2PA5) fails
due to syntax error during statement scan.
