PH01594: SQ22447 EDITOR "10" FAILED WITH RETURN CODE "0" WHEN INVOKING THE EDIT QUERY COMMAND

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The user was running with DSQEC_USERGLV_SAV=2.
  Using the SHOW GLOBALS panels, He blanked out global variable
  DSQEC_EDITOR and exited QMF.
  
  When he reentered QMF the next time, and issued the EDIT QUERY
  or EDIT PROC commands, he Unexpectedly received error
  DSQ22447 Editor "10" failed with return code "0" when invoking
  the EDIT QUERY command.
  

Local fix

• As a workaround, the user can issue the following command to
  reset the default QMF edit behavior:
  
    SET GLOBAL (DSQEC_EDITOR=PDF

  DSQEC_EDITOR global variable when it is set to blank or null
  values.
