PH01512: CONTENT LOCALE SET AS ENGLISH WHEN LOGIN USING LDAP NAMESPACE AFTER UPGRADE TO CA 11 (R11) OR HIGHER

Error description

• The user Content Locale within My Preferences set as default
  English instead of the users web browser localised language
  locale preferences when using Cognos Analytics 11.0.11 (R11) or
  higher releases though LDAP defined namespace configuration.
  

Local fix

• 1. Set an Authentication Provider attribute to set locale as
  en-au and map within Cognos Configuration LDAP namespace
  Account Mappings for Content Locale.
  
  2. Use Microsoft Active Directory Namespace type instead of LDAP
  type profile. However, this option not applicable if using
  Tivoli, Oracle Directory Server or other general LDAP
  authentication providers.
  
  3. End user manually set the Content Locale as English
  (Australia) under My Preferences.
