*                      traceFormat=ENHANCED / BASIC            *

There are formatting problems when the following logging
properties are set: traceFilename=stdout and
traceFormat=ENHANCED / BASIC
The trace events that are emitted to console/standard-out are
JSON formatted, but JSON formatting for console was not chosen.
Additionally, there is a missing space between the log level and
the message.

Problem conclusion

This problem is fixed by Open Liberty issue - OLGH4402

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 18.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
