APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using CM Batch with keyword VALIDATE_DDL = 'Y' (for
  validating the DDL prior to import), error messages may show up
  in DD SYSPRINT but not in DD ADBMSGS.

  When VALIDATE_DDL parameter is used in change management (CM)
  batch job process, validation errors appear in SYSPRINT DD
  only and not in the consolidated messages DD ADBMSGS.
